Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Policy

At Grip of the Spear Tactical LLC, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Here's our refund policy:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Also, be advised that refunds cannot be offered due to buyer’s remorse.
