Laser Engraving Service

GoST (Grip of the Spear Tactical) reserves the right to refuse any engraving request at our sole discretion. All items submitted for laser engraving must fully comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We do not accept serialized firearm parts, complete firearms, NFA-regulated items, or any components that require ATF registration or approval. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that items submitted for engraving do not fall under these categories. Any prohibited item received will be returned at the customer’s expense and may be reported to the appropriate authorities if required by law.

By submitting an item for engraving, the customer affirms that:

• They are the lawful owner of the item.

• The item is not restricted, serialized, or regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA).

• The item is safe and legal to modify.

Additionally, GoST will not engrave any content that is deemed unlawful, obscene, hateful, offensive, or infringing upon trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property.

GoST assumes no liability for misuse, misrepresentation, or legal violations related to items submitted for engraving. All engraving work is performed strictly as a customization service, and GoST does not alter the legal classification, function, or ownership status of any submitted item.

Submission of any item constitutes acceptance of these terms.
